Kevin Durant scolded by grandmother for cursing

Kevin Durant might be a favorite for NBA MVP, but it doesn’t mean he’s exempt from an old fashioned scolding from his grandmother.

Durant and the Oklahama City Thunder won 102-90 Monday night against the Phoenix Suns, but afterwards he received some advice from his grandma. Granted, it did come with some praise for her grandson, who scored 27 points in the second half.

“Thunder struck again& the Sun(s) went down ( great W)Love u g mom . Kev Kev stop cussing so much they be showing u when u do,” wrote Grandma Durant. And it’s true, the cameras are always on Durant and he does tend to have quite the vocabulary.

Whether Durant works on his sailor mouth or not, you can’t help but love to see an NBA-er apologize to his grams.
