Ochocinco in more hot water
Chad Johnson is not making any friends with the recent events pertaining to his marriage. Known as Ochocinco within the NFL realm, Johnson was arrested on domestic charges this week after allegedly headbutting his wife during an argument. New reports reveal that this may not have been the first time he abused his wife, reality star Evelyn Lozada of VH1’s Basketball Wives, and it might not be the first time she has had every right to be suspicious of him cheating on her.
Radaronline.com has uncovered an inside source who contends that Johnson has abused Lozada before, even threatening to kill her.
“Chad and Evelyn’s marriage was volatile in nature and a mistake from the start,” the source said.
The pair was married on July 4th of this year; Lozada has filed for divorce after just 41 days of matrimony.
The possible mistress is now talking to the press about her story. Beverly Shiner, a 30-year-old living in Boston, connected with the athlete via Twitter in January and continued a romantic relationship with him through May. Shiner recalls Johnson claiming Lozada wouldn’t care if she caught them together.
“He said, ‘I’m not doing anything different than what every other man is doing’, he thinks it is fine to cheat,” Shiner said according to the article.
She eventually commented on his disrespectful nature to which he stopped responding to her text messages.
Ochocinco has been released from the Miami Dolphins for the upcoming football season.
