She’s Game Sports, a new media outlet based out of Boston, is looking for editors to help manage the content on its website. Editors will be responsible for managing interns, editing content from both interns and writers and brainstorming story ideas. Editors should have a very strong sense of grammar and AP Style and have at least one full day a week of availability. Editors may also be asked to write some stories to populate the website.
Qualifications:
- Journalism background
- Self-starter
- Strong time management skills
- Ability to manage and assist a staff of interns
- Strong editing, grammar and writing skills
- Online experience
- Photo editing experience
- Familiarity with WordPress or blogging preferred
