Tom Brady and Gisele Bundchen welcome baby Vivian!

It’s a good thing the Patriots weren’t scheduled to play the Thursday night game this week! Last night, Tom Brady and Gisele Bundchen welcomed baby Vivian into the world. Vivian is the couple’s second child together, the third for Brady.

Back in August, the pair told the media that Gisele was expecting again, and fans have greatly awaited the birth. Brady is a known family man with adorable photo-ops playing football with his sons, John and Benjamin, so it’s only a matter of time till we see mommy-daughter days for Bundchen and Vivian.

This is clearly an exciting time for the family, but Brady has been keeping a cool head in preparation for the Patriots big game against the Texans on Monday night. As NESN reports, Brady said that he’s had a lot of time to focus on the game.

“I don’t have to do too much work at home, so I just kind of focus on my job here and what I need to do and my preparation and making sure I’m doing everything I need to do to be prepared for Monday night.”

The game against Houston is a big deal, and could be a significant roadblock for the Pats on their way to the playoffs. But the good news is that this is their last game that should present a huge challenge. Personally, I think little Vivian will bring him good luck. When his son Benjamin was born in December 2009, the Patriots beat the Panthers the next week.
