Jacoby Jones loves performing his touchdown dance for the Baltimore Ravens, and now his love of dancing can continue.

Jones was selected to be a star on the new season of Dancing with the Stars. Although Jones is not the first NFL star to appear on the show, he may be the first to be selected based on the his dancing abilities.

This will be the show’s 16th season and it will premier Monday March 18th at 8pm on ABC.

Let’s take a look back at the other NFL stars who have appeared on the show.

Former Green Bay Packer Donald Driver won season 14, and Pittsburgh Steeler Hines Ward won season 12, as well.

Retired NFL player Emmitt Smith participated twice: He won season 3, and then came in the 4th last season. Other NFL stars were almost successful. Jerry Rice, Warren Sapp, and Jason Taylor all came in second place in their respective seasons.

Other NFL stars were not so successful. Chad Ochocinco, Kurt Warner, Lawrence Taylor, and Michael Irvin came in fourth, fifth, seventh and seventh in their seasons of the show.

So where do you think Jacoby Jones is going to place? He has mastered some dance moves, so maybe he will end up in the top three.  Let us know what you think in the comments below.
